The “Azienda della Pieve” produces an oil of ancient tradition.
The action of the microclimate of the Lake of Garda that influence the crops, produces a light and fruity oil that enhances any dish.
The olive trees at the “ Azienda della Pieve” are followed scrupulously, and at every stage of processing, is reserved for particular attention: from harvesting by hand, the production of oil in the mill until its bottling, guarantee the quality and the uniqueness of our product.
In the “Azienda della Pieve” you will find only extra virgin olive oil of 4 different productions: the classic that is a blend of all varieties of olives produced and three monovarietals
Maurino
Harmonious Oil from light fruity feeling gently herbaceous. Used for light dishes such as fish and salads
Casaliva
fruity with a vibrant Oil from harmonious feeling of bitterness and pungency. Used for pasta, pizza and salads
Leccino
fruity with a distinct feeling of bitterness and pungency. Used for bruschetta and grilled meats, strong dishes
Olio Classico
it's a mild or mixture of all varieties of olives grown on the “Azienda”, suitable for all uses in everyday cooking
